I had an appointment with Dr. Alison Bell because of a pain in my foot. She was extremely thorough and kind. She was very explanative and took time to walk me through the medical explanation of what was happening to my foot. i would definitely recommend her services as she presents as a helpful, intelligent, and soft doctor.

Dr. Alani has been great in the follow up communication in the 5 weeks since my surgery. I have had many questions about recovery and how things should be feeling and healing and she's always kind and informative and cares. I also wanted to recognize the surgical coordinator Carole who was great and patient with me as well. Dr. Alani treated me, she was amazing. She went above and beyond. She gave me an injection for the pain, took X-ray and an ultrasound and personally called the radiology client so they can schedule a priority appointment for an MRI.

The front desk staff was also super nice and helpful.

I loved my visit for Dr.Bell! She was so thorough and definitely gave me 5-star service. I didn’t feel like another patient and she listened to all of my concerns so intently. She showed up to the appointment prepared, having reviewed my information and imaging and ready to discuss concrete next steps. She thoroughly yet efficiently walked me through my condition and treatment options, and provided flexible alternatives for my lifestyle. Also, the rest of the staff was pleasant - from the person who helped me set up my initial appointment, to the medical assistants (my apologies if that's not their proper title) who initially evaluated my foot at my appointments. Lastly, Dr. Ricks and Healthy Feet offered weekend appointments which made access even more accessible. My feet are definitely in good hands!

Dr. Alani and her team are the best - I don’t trust anyone else with my feet! I’ve been seeing her off and on for about 6 years now for a few different issues and she always explains exactly what’s going on in my foot and options for treatment, both temporary and long term. She performed my cryosurgery and I felt prepared for the surgery itself as well as the aftercare, she took such great care of me and made sure all my questions were answered. I couldn’t recommend her and her office enough!

Dr Patel was very helpful and knowledgeable about treating my son’s warts . She explained a few ways that they could be treated , outlining the pros and cons of each solution so that we could decide what would work

Although it was my first time seeing a podiatrist, I must say this was by far one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had! From the time I arrived I was greeted an amazing front desk receptionist, followed up with a kind and helpful medical assistant who was very polite. Dr. Rick’s was outstanding she made me feel very comfortable. She was so gentle and knowledgeable On the issues presented. I would recommend her to my friend and family.

I have loved my experience with To Healthy Feet Podiatry. They quickly diagnosed my injury (even when missed by my family doc,) and got me on the road to recovery quickly. Dr Bell is amazing! I had some unknown foot issues arise and they were able to give me an appointment the next day, they also helped verify my coverage. Dr Bell was immediately able to put my concerns at ease, her bedside manner is A1, she is very cheerful and doesn’t rush the appointments.

The clinic is beautiful and the entire staff were warm and welcoming, my appointment started right on time which I appreciate. They have onsite X-ray services, although I had to go home in a boot… they were very patient in showing me how to put it on and take care of my foot until the next follow up.

I just came back from an appointment with Dr. Alani for my 15 year old daughter and had to immediately write this review. For context, we have been to multiple podiatrists over the years for various reasons -- warts a few years ago from camp... and then a toenail fungal situation after foot trauma from a season of basketball combined with her feet growing super fast.... Each of the podiatrists were fine and did the job at the time. However, I realized that we needed to find someone who could help her on an ongoing basis that we trusted to help her with her feet and weren't worried about the incentive to 'sell her' on the most expensive treatment... I read reviews of many practices in the city - and the review here were on point -- and I was even more pleased when we went to the office. (1) The staff is wonderful, kind, friendly, on time. They understood that I have a high deductible plan and advised us of the costs before we even went to the office (2) Dr. Alani is truly wonderful - she listened, advised, gave us options with realistic expectations. She took care of my daughter's foot, right there during the consultation. I can not recommend her more for anyone with a teen athlete.

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Alani today to discuss a plantar fibroma on my right foot and the benefits of minimally invasive ultrasound surgery vs normal surgery. She was very forthcoming and patient with me in explaining the pros and cons as well as offering other intermediate options to consider for possible relief of the pain. Our "visit" was an introductory phone call to discuss the possibility of Dr. Alani performing a somewhat new procedure for treatment (removal) of the Fibromas on my feet. Because this is a new procedure, we had many questions and she was so patient and did a wonderful job explaining to us, in layman's terms, exactly what happens during the procedure. Because we are located in Tennessee and it would require multiple trips to New York, she even suggested we investigate if there is a doctor that can perform this procedure located much closer to me.

Exceptional service! Both Dr. Lubin and her staff are so warm yet professional that you FEEL taken care of at the end of every appointment. Dr. Lubin is not only an educator by heart but was attentive to all my needs pre and post surgery. I was fitted for orthotics and after less than 2 weeks I received them. I put them in my sneakers and when I put my feet in I was afraid they were going to hurt my feet. I was instructed to only wear them for brief periods because they would probably hurt. Well I am wearing them for the 3 straight day all day and my feet feel great so far. Recently I have noticed my feet have been hurting more and more but since I received my inserts I must say I am feeling absolutely amazing. Great job from everyone at healthy feet 👍

Dr Alani and her whole staff are awesome. I am visiting from California; I had gout in one big toe and the other ankle, limped in wearing my dress shoes, and walked out an hour later after she x-rayed things, gave me injections in both feet, and issued me some very “fashionable” footwear to protect my toe and my ankle. That is way more than I expected and more than I dared to hope. Thank you Dr Alani!

I loved Dr Alani- after going to many podiatrists for years she was able to share new insights about my feet that will undoubtedly help me in the coming months. My first visit here, I was greeted upon walking in. The only hiccup was that when I called to confirm my rescheduled appointment with Dr Bell, I asked the young lady if I needed to complete any forms beforehand, she said no you’re fine. You just have a co-pay. I thought it strange, but she knew how much my co-pay was so I figured they had what they needed, lo and behold, when I got there, I had to complete some lengthy forms. Overall, my experience here was great. Dr.Bell was amazing, she explained the course of treatment we would take until test results came back. She was great and would recommend.

Dr. Bell and Dr. Kim assisted on my surgeries and provided exceptional care as well. I will never not recommend this practice for podiatry issues!

Dr. Bell is hands down one of the best Doctors I ever met with. She's incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She will take her time to answer all your questions and explain everything in detail. Every time I visit her I am promptly seen and never feel rushed. The location itself is very convenient and everyone I've encountered has been very patient and helpful.

I’ve been putting off finding a new podiatrist but a painful ingrown has forced me to find one and I’m glad I did . I rushed to zoc doc and was looking for someone with great reviews , late hours and availability . I found that and even more Doc Lubin was patient , kind , funny and put me at ease . Dr. Farah Alani most graciously spent the best part of an hour on the telephone with me, explaining what cryosurgery for Morton's neuroma entails, and what tests must be done before we can be sure I am a candidate for this procedure.
I was impressed with her knowledge, her understanding, and her patience. I am also encouraged that she will solve my foot problems, as she mentioned a number of options to try if it turns out that cryosurgery is not for me.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hima Patel, who treated my plantar fasciitis. The office is very clean, the staff is kind and efficient, and Dr. Patel was thorough and listened to everything I had to tell her about my foot pain!
